The Brief
To create an impactful event for the release of Chase & Status’ new mixtape, 2 Ruff, Vol. 1, by designing a unique and authentic experience that brought the mixtape to life. Integrating London tube trains, graffiti, interactive elements and a guerilla performance to create noise and engage fans.
The Solution
We delivered a dynamic, immersive experience that resonated with fans and reflected the spirit of the mixtape:

Scouted and secured Leake Street Arches, a graffiti-rich venue ideal for an authentic launch event and DJ set.

Handled negotiations with landlords and managed all health, safety, and security procedures to ensure a safe and seamless experience.

Developed a creative concept that recreated the mixtape artwork, including interactive elements that invited fans to add their own graffiti.

Designed a daytime installation featuring tube doors with the mixtape graffiti, allowing fans to experience tracks for the first time with noise-cancelling headphones.

Partnered with Dyson to provide headphones in exchange for social media promotion, amplifying event reach.

Organised a pre-order campaign, allowing fans who pre-ordered the mixtape to enter a ballot for tickets to an exclusive pop-up performance.

Coordinated a meet-and-greet with Chase & Status, giving fans the chance to purchase and have merchandise and the mixtape signed.

Produced and Managed a guerilla DJ set in the evening for 200 winners, powered by renewable energy generators, adding a sustainable touch to the event.
