The Brief

To produce an exclusive after party for Usher at The Box, hosted by Spotify, celebrating his sold-out O2 Arena shows. The brief called for a premium experience with bespoke branded touchpoints to bring the Spotify identity to life for guests to get brand reach across socials.

THE SOLUTION

Working in close collaboration with Spotify, we delivered end-to-end event production — managing logistics, streamlining communications, and ensuring a flawless execution from concept to delivery. Acting as the link between the venue, Usher’s team, and Spotify, we handled every element with care and precision.

  • Venue: Managed all pre-production communication and coordination between Spotify and The Box.

  • Creative Direction: Designed a series of bespoke branded details that blended Spotify’s brand with Usher’s signature style — including Spotify stage branding, rhinestone ice buckets, custom ice cubes, and branded napkins.

  • Guest List Management: Oversaw guest entry and on-the-night door coordination to ensure a smooth flow.
